Contact Results, Inc. was formed in the summer of 2004 in an effort to provide clients with a single source for all of their contact center needs. The name as very specifically chosen based on two philosophical beliefs of our organization:

First, the customer, or potential customer should be allowed to choose how and when they want to communicate with your organization, hence the name “Contact”. Meaning that we provide an all inclusive communication capability via phone, mail, e-mail, and web, 24/7/365 it is always their choice.

The Second term is Results. Our business model is based on the phrase; Efforts are admirable, results are rewardable and it is with that commitment that we approach each of our client projects.

John “J.R.” Robertson and James Tisdel are the founding principals of the company. Both bring more than 20 years experience in the marketing and customer service industry to the organization. Their extensive background includes the development of CRM capabilities for General Motors, technology solutions for Hewlett Packard, and many other contact center related projects for fortune 100 companies. They have spent extensive time consulting in a wide variety of industries with both small and large organizations. In addition, they have experienced and survived the complete life cycle of business startup, acquisition and sale. Both are frequent guest speakers at customer service, CRM, and contact center technology conferences.
